Cancellation Policy
✨NO CALL, NO SHOW✨
I allow a 15 min grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice it will be considered a no call no show and will be banned from booking in the future. No shows will not be able to book online again unless they paid the 50% cancellation fee for their missed appointment.
To cancel an appointment you must cancel BEFORE 24 hours. Appointments canceled under 24 hours will result in loss of your deposit. You are able to reschedule once for the deposit to transfer to your next appointment. You can contact us once to are ready to reschedule. If you are sick or have an emergency please contact us.
